Park Living

You will hear it often, "Glenridge Manor is a nice place to live". You can experience it too! Our park is a nice place to live by design. From our pet friendly policies to wide streets, off street parking to lamp posts on each lot, we want you to feel at home in Glenridge Manor. Below are some of the reasons you will love living in Glenridge Manor.
At Glenridge Manor, we love pets! We also know that some folks are afraid of big or intimidating dogs. That is why we have certain limitations on the pets that are welcome here. Large dogs can scare people, so we have a size limit of 20 lbs. Of course, if you have a service dog and it is larger than 20 lbs, that is OK, just be sure you bring in the documents from your doctor indicating that your large dog is an official service dog. In all cases, make sure your dog is up to date on their vaccinations. Finally, nobody likes stepping in dog poo, so make sure you clean up after your dog!
Cats are a welcome addition to Glenridge Manor, but with a few important guidelines. While indoor cats are more than welcome, we ask that they remain indoors at all times—free-roaming is not allowed. Before moving in, you’ll need to provide proof that your cat (or cats) are up to date on vaccinations. And although we appreciate our feline residents, having too many can create issues, so we recommend no more than two cats per home.
There is an old saying, good fences make good neighbors. Since fences are not allowed in Glenridge Manor, we enforce keeping lots clean and orderly. We also expect our residents make sure the lawn is mowed and landscaping is kept free of weeds and trash. This keeps the park visually pleasing to you, your neighbors and any visitors! For that same reason, our groundskeeping crew works tirelessly to keep the rest of the park looking nice.
We know that on beautiful, sunny days, people want to walk outside. Whether it is to walk for excercise, to take the kiddos to the park, or even walk over to your neighbors home, you want to do it safely. In Glenridge Manor Mobile Home Park, we take your safety seriously, that is why there are sidewalks throughout the entire park! You don't have to walk in the street like some mobile home parks.
